Such an awesome spot. Really peaceful, quiet, and scenic. The fire pit is an awesome touch on top of everything. Definitely heed their warnings about it being on a dirt road and make sure you’ve got the vehicle to handle it, haha. You should absolutely stay here!

Our stay was absolutely seamless from start to finish. The space was stunning and impeccably clean, with every detail thoughtfully curated to make it feel like a high end home away from home. What truly set this experience apart, however, was our host; they were incredibly communicative, providing clear check-in instructions and checking in just enough to ensure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find a place that perfectly balances style, comfort, and top-tier hospitality. I can’t recommend this spot enough! We 100% recommend this place and will be staying again in the future. They also helped us get our iPad back home after we failed to pack it up, honest and transparent people. Thank you so much!

This place was awesome. Beautiful forested area, clean modern interior, and great vibe. The only thing to note is that the spiral staircase up to the main bedroom is slippery and may be very challenging for someone with mobility issues. They could carpet it to make it less slippery. But overall loved the space.

Great location with breath-taking view. Abby’s place is cozy, perfect for family weekend getaway. This lovely house is well-maintained. Abby is very pro-active to ensure smooth check-in and relaxing stay. Highly recommended.

We came here for our baby moon and it was wonderful! The place is gorgeous and we loved the Durango as a whole! Would definitely come back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The home is nestled just outside of downtown Durango up in the mountains where we enjoyed some peace, quiet, and stars at night. We utilized the stay as a base to travel to purgatory for skiing since we didn’t want to be at the higher elevations. Trip was about 35 minutes or so to the resort which we didn’t mind and the roads are very easily traveled.

Abby's place was amazing. The house itself was so cute and decorated perfectly , it gave modern mountain home vibes. The view from the kitchen living room and upstairs rooms was amazing and so enjoyable no matter what time of day but my favorite thing to enjoy every morning. The deck was such a nice thing to have and to be able to use to spend time outside. The area wad perfect to get out and walk around every day. We started our day outside and ended it same way it wad just so enjoyable to be in this location. The home is well kept and perfect distance away from everything but close enough to make trips to town. Abby was a great host and her communication was on point. Overall this was truly a perfect family spot and we would stay here again and I 1000%recommend this house. for any family's or friend groups looking for a quiet getaway in the mountains but close enough to the city to be able to pop over and shop, eat or explore. Next time we go back to Durango this will be our go to!
